and the Local Organising Committee instructions.
Handicapped competitors who need assistance of a guide can be admitted only if
thein guide does not impede other fellow-competitors.

Entries: Entries must be sent in written form before April15, 2013 using the official entry-forms online www.maratonstav.cz. Condition of participation on EVANSC is membership in the national veterans athletic association.To identify the competitors age, the entries must be accompanied by a photocopy of the identity card (passport).Registering into an age group depends on the date of birth.
Information about accommodation with booking will be available on www.maratostav.cz.
Awards Ceremony: All participants will receive a souvenir prize and diploma. The best three competitors in each event and in all regular categories will be awarded with medals.
Results: Results will be published during the championships online www.maratonstav.cz.
The Registration Office,Information and Accommodation Centre, the
Medical Service and the Change Room will be placed near the centre of the town Úpice.
